David "Sumoflam" Kravetz

David Kravetz, 53, resides in Lexington, KY and works full time in Tech Support and Training for iHigh.com, a provider of high school web sites, live streaming and other functions for high schools.  In his spare time, he is a freelance photojournalist and focuses on the normal, everyday and unusual things of this wide world. He has a blog which meanders from various thoughts to photo essays of many of his trips (see http://sumoflamjournal.sumoflam.biz)  .  Many of his trip journals can be seen at http://www.sumoflam.biz/Journals.htm and thousands of his trip photos can be seen at http://public.fotki.com/sumoflam.  His photos have been used in advertising, newspapers and even on a couple of magazine covers.

David is also the webmaster, media manager, part time videographer (see his YouTube site) and photographer, as well as logistics manager for Antsy McClain and the Trailer Park Troubadours, a top 20 Americana band out of Nashville.  He is also a web designer and manager for numerous other individuals and businesses.

Sumoflam, as he is known to thousands of Trailer Park Troubadours fans around the US, has a passion for traveling and has been to 47 of the states in the US as well as five provinces in Canada, numerous states in Mexico, the Philippines, China and Korea.  He has lived in Japan for more than 6 years and has been fluent in Japanese for over 25 years. He works as a freelance interpreter/translator when the opportunities arise.

He is the father of five and also has five grandchildren (soon to be 6) who call him Grampz. He has been married to his wife Julianne, a fabric artist, for more than 30 years and he truly married up!!
